Admission Process Timeline
We thank you for your interest in joining your children in Shikhara School. We would like you to visit the school and talk to our Admissions Counselor and academic coordinators to understand our school and make an informed decision for your children.
Age: The class age requirement is 2 years 6 months for Nursery and 5 years 6 months for class 1 as on 31st March of the academic year.
Walk-in Time: Daily 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Classes Available: Nursery to X
Mandatory Documents for Admission Enrolment:
1. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy of Aadhar card (Student and Parent)
3. Previous Academic Records
4. Passport-size Photos of the Student and Parent
5. Caste and Sub caste Details
6. Record Sheet / Transfer Certificate (TC)
After the above documents are submitted to the school, the school will Generate a Student Admission Number . Further, the school will furnish all the details in the government’s educational portal, which will generate a PEN (Permanent Education Number).
Important Note: If the above documents are not submitted to the school on time, the Student will not be enrolled in the admission records of the school & the PEN (Permanent Education Number) will not be generated.
As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Each student will receive an APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry ID), which serves as a unique academic identifier. This ID will allow students to securely store all their academic credit records and related documents in Digi Locker.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) will generate the APAAR IDs by linking the student’s UDISE account number with their Aadhaar number after thorough verification.
Our school is actively progressing with this initiative in compliance with the MOE’s mandate.
